Our lone worker service doesn’t end after implementation. We have an experienced team at First2HelpYou who are always on hand to offer advice and support throughout the length of your contract. This could be in the shape of additional training, consultancy or as simple as replacing a lost device.
We look after your lone workers so they can get on with their job.
Accidents do happen, so we like to make provision in case a device is accidentally damaged, lost, or stolen. We can arrange a same day swap out to make sure that your staff are fully covered and don’t have to go longer than necessary without lone worker protection.
Once your solution has been implemented we will allocate you your own account manager to take care of you and your staff throughout the length of your contract. Your account manager will schedule in regular calls and meetings through your contract to give you opportunity to ask questions, feedback on the service and resolve any queries.
We don’t expect you to run the length of your contract without any questions and queries. Our friendly team are hand whenever you need them. This could be to ask a question about your devices, request training or for a reminder how to do something. Whatever you need, we are here.
Device training comes as standard when you implement our lone worker solution, but we are also happy to work with you on any additional training you or your staff may require. We can deliver general lone worker safety training, train the trainer, or even deliver bespoke courses to suit your business. Training can be delivered onsite or online. During the length of your contract we will also provide you with the appropriate training materials for your employees, such as booklets and videos.
If at any point during your contract you need advice on lone worker risk assessments or lone worker policy, then we are just a phone call away. We have a team at First2HelpYou who have years of experience in the lone worker industry and have come across just about every lone worker scenario possible. With our handy online management portal, Connect, you can monitor device usage yourself, in real time. but we will send you scheduled reports on usage and help try and identify any areas that could be improved. Usage and device uptake can vary from business to business but with our guidance, you will be able to see how employees are using their devices and get the best return from your investment.
When you are coming to the end of your contract it won’t be the first time you have from us. We stay in touch throughout the duration of your contract, as will your account manager. When the end of your contract approaches, we will schedule a meeting beforehand to discuss any changes you might want to make to your contract and run through a performance review. Discussing this early means that if you are happy to go ahead, your contract can continue with no break in service or loss of protection for your lone workers.
