An introduction to the employees at First2HelpYou

First2HelpYou have a great relationship with all our existing clients, but if you’re new here and would like to get to know the team, read on!

Alicia Mather – Sales & Operations Director

Alicia is a fundamental part of the First2HelpYou team. She has over 12 years of experience in the lone worker industry, giving her expert knowledge in the field. She works hard to ensure our customers are happy with the service we provide, while also focusing on generating new sales. 

Alicia is a very sociable person. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and whenever she has spare time, she likes to go to the gym or go for a walk. She owns a cat named Phoebe and loves cats. Alicia also loves travelling. Her favourite place she has visited is Antigua.

Simon Mackenzie – Technical Director

Simon serves as the technical point of contact for the First2HelpYou team. He is also responsible for the management and technical running of the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), which trades as First County Monitoring – the ARC responsible for managing First2HelpYou’s lone worker alerts.

Simon is a space and technology enthusiast. He loves to keep up to date with space news and technological developments. In addition, he is devoted to his family and has a passion for travelling and experiencing different cultures – especially the food! 

Leonie Riley – Customer Experience Manager

Leonie strives to understand the needs of our customers to improve the services First2HelpYou offers. She delivers in-depth training sessions to all our clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of how our devices work. 

It’s no secret that Leonie loves dogs! She offers a temporary foster home for dogs who may need a little extra care and support. She fell in love with one of her fosters and decided to permanently adopt. She’s called Molly and regularly visits the office!

David Atkins – Head of Products and Implementation 

Dave, like Alicia, also has extensive experience within the lone worker industry, with over 15 years of experience. Dave is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and with quality results. He’s always looking for new lone worker products that First2HelpYou can introduce to its portfolio. 

Dave is super active and enjoys spending time with his family. He does, however, appreciate some relaxation time watching TV and eating his favourite food… chocolate!

Eleanor Long – Digital Marketing Executive

Eleanor joined the team at First2HelpYou just over one year ago. She has rebranded the First2HelpYou website and is now responsible for managing various channels like our social media networks, website content, and email marketing to deliver messages to our current audience and to help drive sales from a wider audience.

Eleanor is an avid animal lover and has a cat named Max. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling. Her favourite place to go on holiday is Greece as she loves the culture and the Greek food!
