The purpose of the Quality Management System is to ensure that the products and services provided to our customers consistently meet or exceed their expectations. The company operates a system that regularly evaluates its processes and customer needs, and has set quantifiable goals with plans in place to ensure that they are improved year on year.

The First2HelpYou Ltd strategy is to undertake the design, installation, maintenance and monitoring of lone worker devices in accordance with best professional practice and at a reasonable financial return.

The recognised key to success in this competitive environment is to continually strive to increase customer satisfaction and to this end First2HelpYou Ltd is a Recognised NSI Gold Company and therefore all employees are committed to meeting the statutory, regulatory, legal and environmental expectations of the industry that have been agreed by the insurers, police, professional institutions and relevant Trade Associations.  These requirements will be regularly reviewed and assessed.

Measures are in place in essential core areas of the business which indicate how well the business is performing.  This includes not only business measures of cash flows, sales, capital expenditure but also complaint resolution criteria, statistics and contractual obligations.  Additionally, data is gathered to determine success in continually satisfying the expectations of the customer.

Dissatisfied customers constitute business risk.  International Standard ISO 9001 provides a process for satisfying customers.  It is the policy of First2HelpYou Ltd to maintain, on a continual basis, an effectively managed Quality Assurance programme, which will assure customers that the products supplied conform to the laid down procedures or disciplines of the company, which will ensure that we meet the customers’ needs and expectations.

To this end First2HelpYou Ltd has developed a Quality Management system that meets the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001 and is written to all Standards and Codes of Practice, thus giving confidence not only that First2HelpYou services meet the requirements of the contract and specifications but that our business is committed to continual improvements.

The Management Representative is entrusted with the authority and responsibility for the control of the Quality Management System.  The QA Manager cannot be over-ruled on matters of Quality and in the event of differences of opinion on Quality matters, has the responsibility to refer such items to the Managing Director for resolution.

This policy of Quality Assurance is in place to ensure that the overall organisational goals of the company are met. The goals of this company are to ensure that the best possible product is supplied to our valued clients, and that we are able to meet their needs and requirements as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Our organisational goals are to ensure that the changes required within our documented management system to meet the requirements are performed in a managed methodical way to ensure that the system is fully understood and implemented throughout the company.
