You will be given a login once your trial starts. Our team will provide you with training so that you can take full advantage of the portal.

24/7/365 monitoring

The device users will be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained operators at our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The operators will not know that you are undergoing a trial, so your employees will be treated like every other user so you can gain a real insight into our customer service and response times.

Training

Training is the most important step in implementing a new lone worker solution. We will provide device training, safety training, and managers training. This will ensure that your employees are confident and comfortable with their lone worker product and understand the dangers of lone working and the importance of personal safety. Designated managers can also receive training to ensure they are informed, equipped, and confident.
