First2Help are back in the office today after a great couple of days at The Health & Safety Event, NEC 2018. Our legs may be aching but we’re absolutely thrilled with the results of our first exhibition appearance!
Lone Worker Solutions At The Health & Safety Event
Despite us only officially launching our lone worker solutions at the start of 2018 we are quite proud that we also managed to get an exhibition in before summer! Talking to potential and existing clients at events such as this is great for us – we’re a customer orientated business which seeks to improve and expand lone worker products based on client feedback and suggestions so we’re always grateful to get the opportunity to speak to everyone!
We had lots of visitors come and say hello, take a look at our KIT lone worker device and discover just how our Connect portal works. We were also pleased to see lots of familiar faces and catch up with old acquaintances! We are now looking forward to building relationships with some of the potential customers we met.
We had lots of compliments on our new stand, brand refresh, and shiny new brochures!
The Lone Worker Theatre
As any health and safety professional knows, the Health & Safety series of events are hugely important in the safety calendar, not only to give businesses like ours to showcase our products and meet customers but as an education event too.
This year was no different; packed full of seminars and panels, the event provided multiple thoughtful and educational opportunities.
Our team had a couple of chances to take to the stage themselves in this year’s Lone Worker Theatre. Expertly organised, as usual, the Lone Worker Theatre provided three days worth of panel discussions and talks for any visitors with an interest in lone worker safety.
David Atkins, Head of Products and Implementation and Sales and Operations Director, Alicia Mather both took turns to give presentations on how to successfully implement a lone worker solution. Alicia also took part in a panel discussion on the future of lone working.
Thank You For Visiting Our Stand and Please Get in Touch
Overall, we couldn’t be any more pleased with how The Health & Safety Event panned out. Brilliantly organised, we had a good steady flow of visitors and were happy to get out there speaking to people! Thanks to the event organisers for putting together such a great event, particularly the Lone Worker Theatre organisers.
An even bigger thank you to everyone who came to visit our stand – we hope to see you again soon!
